I have been practicing yoga for two years, have been teaching for one year so far. When I attended my first yoga class, I had no plans to become a teacher, more that I was interested to finding what Yoga would become to me. The more that I practiced, the more I found myself responding. It was something I couldn’t ignore.
The reasons people come to yoga are many. One of the biggest reasons they stay is because this ancient art-form has way of deeply transforming you. We surrender, and settle, and enliven the intelligence that is woven into our being. We open to listen, to learn, and to move with gentle grace and empowering certainty. We feel deeply connected to those around us as we grow, as we embody life, and as we love.
I want to honour the many people that inspire me and have guided me on this path, and I am deeply honoured to have the support and opportunities to be sharing this journey with many other kind and brave souls. I have completed 200 hours RYT in Anusara Yoga with Skeeter Tichnor at Open to Life in Maui, Hawaii, and will shortly be beginning my next teacher training with Tara Judelle and Scott Lyons at the Yoga Barn in Ubud, Bali.
Join me for an invigorating and meditative movement flow, where we play with rediscovering how to enliven our body and mind through embodied movement and exploration.

From my experience Kim is very passionate yoga teacher and is very devoted to her teaching and her students. She prepares for her classes with love and care and gives a lot to them from her heart.

Kim was kind enough to come to Scots College and lead a yoga class as part of our well-being programme. It was a fantastic experience for our teachers and admin staff. Having an opportunity to stop breathe and think was immensely helpful and she delivered the session impeccably. Everyone loved having Kim come in and we would definitely recommend having her at the school again.
