I began my yoga journey in 2014, and have trained in yoga from the Anusara tradition, and more recently in Embodied Flow Foundations with Tara Judelle.
I came to yoga for many reasons, but stayed for just one: I began to feel Life in completely new ways. We begin to surrender, settle, and slowly enliven the wisdom that is woven into our being. We open to listen, to learn, and to move with gentle grace, and empowering certainty that we are connected to everything around us. As we grow, and as we re-member ourselves; we become more expansive embodied beings.
I want to explore all aspects of what can lift us closer to feeling well, living well, and being inspired to somehow always remain curious.

From my experience Kim is very passionate yoga teacher and is very devoted to her teaching and her students. She prepares for her classes with love and care and gives a lot to them from her heart.

Kim was kind enough to come to Scots College and lead a yoga class as part of our well-being programme. It was a fantastic experience for our teachers and admin staff. Having an opportunity to stop breathe and think was immensely helpful and she delivered the session impeccably. Everyone loved having Kim come in and we would definitely recommend having her at the school again.
